How to use LILIN QuickSupport for remote LILIN IP products

LILIN QuickSupport utilizes TeamViewer remote desktop technology for remote product maintenance. To use LILIN QuickSupport, please download LILIN QuickSupport. You can also use TeamViewer remote desktop software for LILIN technical support staff for remote product maintenance.

LILIN QuickSupport allows you to connect the Field Application Engineer (FAE) of LILIN Technical Support Center for remote maintenance of IP products including IP cameras, DVR, NVR, and CMX.

    Download teamviewer

    Download from www.teamviewer.com, and install it.

  • STEP 02

    After you installed LILIN QuickSupport

    Please agree that LILIN FAE or technical staff will access your desktop for remote maintenance.

    After launching LILIN QuickSupport

    You can start to chat with LILIN technical support staff or FAE for asking technical support. If you are using TeamViewer for remote access, please email TeamViewr ID and password to your LILIN sales representative or LILIN FAE at fae@meritlilin.com.tw.
