AIDA PC Number Plate Recognition

The PCLPR is a Windows 10 license plate recognition software for freeway monitoring. It reads license plates at speeds up to 200 km/h, supporting white, yellow, green, red and black plates at installation angles 0 to 30 degrees horizontal. Up to 4 plates can be recognized per frame, each requiring a plate width of at least 100 pixels. It supports 16 regional formats including USA, Europe, Japan, Australia and Taiwan. Recommended hardware is Intel i7 or above with 16GB RAM and GPU acceleration; it can directly control LILIN LED displays to show parking count or building capacity.
