Industrial Modbus LED Display

The PMH-LED116S combines LPR series camera products with an industrial-grade IP LED subtitle machine, offering robust anti-noise capability and reliable stability. It supports the widely used Modbus communication protocol in industrial automation, facilitating integration with various industries. It enables control device communication and integration with PLC, HMI, SCADA, and other control systems.

Field data can be written to the captioning machine via network or serial communication, and the values are embedded in real-time text messages according to a pre-planned format. The combination of multi-language text and 7 color-coded urgency levels greatly enhances the readability of live messages.

The PMH-LED116S provides 64 sets of general text messages and 10 sets of emergency breaks. The message pool storage space can be easily configured via a web browser, and the web interface can be controlled from a mobile phone or tablet to manage the captioning machine. Users can modify message content or insert emergency messages at any time without a dedicated control system. The open operation interface and ability to instantly display various monitoring equipment data make it suitable for indoor spaces including finance, telecommunications, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, stations, and industrial sites.
