System Architecture

ANPR, parking guidance, access control, restaurant wristbands and arcade surveillance share the same switch and NAV server. Navigator VMS handles central management, while the LILINViewer app covers remote access.

Three Stops on the Guest Journey

Ordered by the guest journey: plate recognition and parking guidance handle arrival, wristbands settle restaurant entitlements after check-in, and the arcade video system covers the public areas.

Plate Recognition and Parking Guidance

The AIDA AI engine reads the plate on arrival and opens the barrier automatically, separating VIP and staff vehicles. A DB052E smart IO module drives the LED space display at the same time, and a small form factor PC serves the guidance page, so the entrance stops queueing.

Restaurant Wristband Vouchers

Guests receive a MiFare waterproof silicone wristband at check-in instead of paper vouchers, and a single tap at the restaurant settles the entitlement. Staff confirm the meal plan and head count on a web interface and can seat the party straight away.

Arcade Video Management

The MR6822 dome is about the size of a tennis ball, with a built-in microphone and 30 m infrared, so it can be tucked into the shopfront decor. A PZD6422 Mini-PTZ adds 355 degree patrol with full PTZ control, and an NVR5416E PoE NVR takes the whole arcade.

Floor and Access Privileges

Elevators carry an AR2015E access panel, and a DB052E IO module controls the floor buttons individually. Privileges follow the credential: guests reach only their own floor, staff reach the areas their shift opens.

Privilege changes take effect as soon as they are saved in the access control software, with no need to reissue cards. For the elevator car, pair with an MR6822 or MD2222 camera; both have a built-in microphone, so audio is available if an incident needs reconstructing.

Time Attendance

Access card events double as the attendance record. The web based access control software exports CSV for the hotel's existing ERP to run payroll, so there is no second clock-in system to deploy.
