Assembly Process Tracking & Recording
Navigator VMS integrates with RFID tags and barcode scanners: as an item progresses along the line, in-process assembly information is recorded onto the tag at each station, and line personnel use an RFID reader to verify which processes are complete. The built-in SmartEvent intelligent playback searches video across cameras by keyword and replays it in full screen. With all process records maintained on the tag, it is ideal for managing complex or customized product assembly, eliminating separate paperwork on assembly status.
