The key is the NAV server's low-bandwidth mode: JPEG snapshot streaming replaces continuous video, letting even a 64Kbps link carry up to 16-view display across multiple NVRs. Since satellite phone networks assign no fixed IP, P2P technology handles the connection and delivers vessel video directly to remote clients. Combined with Google Maps GPS real-time vessel tracking, the system preserves remote PTZ control, DI/DO signaling, and remote recording even on a degraded link, ensuring comprehensive fleet safety oversight.
