Efficient Video Management with a Powerful Central Control System

This commercial office tower, typical of urban centers, serves not only as a workspace but also provides a variety of resources for office workers and local residents through numerous storefronts.
Smart industrial offices are ideal sites for surveillance applications, and the semi-open design of Taiwan Technology Plaza requires a different approach from enclosed spaces. LILIN has implemented a flexible deployment strategy in this location, offering flexibility in installation, management, and maintenance to meet the diverse needs of various management entities.
For camera installations, outdoor areas feature PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) speed dome and bullet cameras with multi-level zoom capabilities. The PTZ cameras are equipped with tracking functions, providing comprehensive event coverage. Indoors, dome cameras are used to achieve wide-angle views, ensuring complete surveillance coverage with no blind spots.
Video captured by these cameras is stored directly in the LILIN Video Management System (NAV). This system not only provides secure storage for footage but also enables tiered access permissions, allowing different personnel to review footage as needed. An event-based search function further eases the workload for management staff. The layered access controls are robust enough to meet the various viewing and operational needs of personnel, from read-only access for security guards to full camera control for office managers or facility supervisors.
For sites with a central control room, integrating the LILIN video wall controller (NTS) further enhances the system. Without requiring complex software or hardware setups, multiple screens can simply be connected to the NTS via HDMI cables, enabling a diverse range of split-screen configurations for rich visual display.
However, video retrieval doesn’t have to be confined to the control room. The LILIN Pro App allows critical operations to be managed remotely on a smartphone, supporting remote monitoring and even unmanned management, which significantly reduces labor costs.
